But the rocker did have to bow out of a Southern California concert Friday after suffering heart palpitations and shortness of breath, according to a statement on his Website. Akon Wants To Clean Up Hip-Hop … Seriously

Akon Wants To Clean Up Hip-Hop ... Seriously image
Akon has been in his fair share of trouble lately, what with all the simulating sex on stage with minors and tossing fans to the pavement. Most recently, the singer’s after after party at his $800-dollar-per-night suite in London’s K-West hotel was shut down by the cops. “All my parties are wild,” he said. This much we figured. However, Akon is laying all that to rest. He recently wrote an apology song for the stage incident involving a 14-year-old girl at his April 14 show in Trinidad.

I’m From Barcelona Issue New Single, Tour

I'm From Barcelona Issue New Single, Tour image

And, despite its disproportionate catchiness and the band’s rise to prominence over the giant-twee-band scene about a year ago, I’m From Barcelona are about to release just the second single from Let Me Introduce My Friends. Getting 30 people on board for every idea is tougher than it seems, eh, Lundgren?

The Crazy Baby Name Trend Continues image
Britain’s big-boobed model “Jordan” and her husband Peter Andre recently named their newborn baby girl Princess Tiaamii, which is a combo of Thea and Amy - their mothers’ names. With, of course, Princess in front of it. If you thought that was the worst celebs could do, think again. Stars have gone out of their way to make a name like Suri seem tame and boring. For example, actress/dj Shannyn Sossamon has a kid named Audio Science.

Music Review: Dream Theater - Systematic Chaos

Ants scurrying, coiled up in insect militia overtones, overwhelming and bowdlerising in their duty to silence cries, the shrieking invective standing opposed to clever amalgams of polar terms. That is the imagery adorning the latest collage of musical intrigue from the doyens of prog metal, Dream Theater. An edifice of concrete highway bursting in and out of the frame in every direction, ants roaming upon both the latitudinal and the longitudinal, what curious connotation floats off its sighting?
